Book with BuddyBoard for full support. Payments will be processed on the 6th day upon service completion. You may expect to receive your payment within 7 working days (counting from the 6th day after your service is completed) via PayNow.
Trust matters on BuddyBoard. We carefully screen all sitters, and owners can leave reviews after each stay. We strongly encourage a meet-and-greet before booking—and if you're unsure, just ask.
We offer 3 main services:
Pet Boarding (24h): Overnight care in the boarder’s home.
Pet Daycare (8h): Daytime care without overnight stay.
Pet Grooming (hourly): Grooming at your home or the groomer’s.

Yes, of course! We understand that plans change. We offer a clear and transparent cancellation policy for all services booked with BuddyBoardSg.
Please inform us asap if you need to cancel. Cancellations must be notified to us via WhatsApp only. Failure to notify us may result in blacklisting, and any refund will depend on how many days in advance you cancel.
If a pet service provider cancels a booking, we’ll notify you right away and assist in finding up to 3 alternative providers. If no suitable replacement is found, you’ll receive a full refund. The provider will be heavily penalised and/or blacklisted if they have repeated cancellations with no valid reasons.
The duration for each booking varies depending on the service:
Pet Boarding: 24 hours
Pet Daycare: Charged per 8 hours
Pet Grooming: Charged per hour
Once you submit your booking, we’ll notify the provider. After they confirm availability, we’ll check with you to finalise the booking.
A pet meet and greet is an informal session—either in person or online—where the pet owner and boarder connect before the service. It helps ensure the pet’s comfort and lets both parties discuss care details and build trust. Though optional, it’s highly recommended.
While not compulsory, it is highly recommended to help build trust and ensure a good fit before confirming the booking.
The pet owner and boarder can coordinate a suitable date and time in the same WhatsApp group to conduct the session at the boarder’s home or a place of convenience.
No worries! About a week before boarding, our team will send you a list of essentials your pet will need for their stay, including:
Packing Your Pet’s Essentials: Food, toys, grooming items, and any medications your pet may need during their stay.
Providing Clear Instructions: Your pet’s routine, special care instructions, and any health conditions.
Preparing Emergency Contact Information: Contact details for a trusted friend, family member, or vet in case of emergencies.
Familiarizing Your Pet with the New Environment: Arrange a meet-and-greet with the boarder, if possible, before the service begins.
At the moment, we only accept payments via PayNow.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a PayNow QR code to complete your payment. Please make the payment within 3 working days to secure your booking; otherwise, it will be automatically cancelled.
We strictly discourage off-platform transactions. For the safety of both parties, all payments must be made through BuddyBoard. We securely manage the entire process, with funds released to the provider six days after the service is completed.
At BuddyBoard, your pet’s safety is our top priority. If your pet is injured or passes away while in a provider’s care, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and work with both parties to resolve the situation. However, please note that BuddyBoardSg is not liable for any injuries, losses, or fatalities that occur during the service. We strongly recommend pet insurance for added protection. See our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Each booking is entitled to one free reschedule. Additional rescheduling will incur a 15% admin fee based on the original service fee. If unpaid, the booking will be cancelled and any refund will follow BuddyBoard’s cancellation policy and rates.
