How it works?

You'll be notified of matches
Our teamwill contact you via Whatsapp about your service request within 1-2 working days
2. CONFIRM
APPOINTMENT
Confirm details & Make Payment
Our team will confirm your service details. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a PayNow QR code for payment.
Appointment Booked
After payment, you'll be added to a Whatsapp Group with our Admin and Service Provider. Feel free to ask any questions in the chat!
3. HAPPY
APPOINTMENT DAY
Service Day
Your service provider will arrive at the confirmed date, time, and location for the service.
Appointment Completed
Payment will be held by BuddyBoard for 5 days before releasing it to the service provider. For disputes, contact our team via WhatsApp or Email within 5 days of completion.
