Payments

We only accept PayNow for payment at the moment. This is to keep our cost low by not incurring any payment fees to our customers.

Upon confirmation of service, a PayNow QR code will be sent to you via WhatsApp. You will be required to make payment within 24 hours to secure your service slot. If we do not receive any payment after 24 hours, the service slot will be released to other customers.

We do not accept cash payments.
Refunds

All refunds all be processed via PayNow.

Refund will be processed within 14 working days upon confirmation.

If you did not receive the refund after 14 working days, please contact us HERE.

No refunds will be issued for missed service dates by the pet owner.

Each booking is eligible for one-time rescheduling without charge. For any additional rescheduling requests, an admin fee of 15% (calculated based on the original service fee) will apply. If the admin fee is not paid, the booking will be cancelled, and any refund will be issued in accordance with BuddyBoard’s cancellation policy and refund rates.
